Let’s revisit the 2013 NANBF Natural Iowa on this #flexfriday!

Kicking things off were the bodybuilders. In the women’s bodybuilding class, a symmetrical Dianne Harper got the win over Lisa Takes, winning her an IPE pro card.

 

For the men, there was fierce battle between the short, medium and tall classes, which pitted Matthew Beck, Gram Mether and Aaron Lobliner against each other. Massive and shredded Lobliner took home the gold and his IPE pro card at the end of the day.

 

Moving onto Figure, there were three classes of very competitive ladies. Mimi Nguyen, Delight Curtis and Jamie Bradley when head-to-heel working for the overall title. In the end, it was the short (but mighty) class winner Nguyen, who won the overall.

 

For the Bikini category, three tough classes challenged each other and Holly Wiest, Amber Blom and Brittany Beekman earned their first place spots in each class. The overall winner was Amber Blom, who also was awarded with her IPE pro card that day.

 

Abby Beenblossom was presented with the Karl Schneider Sportsmanship Award. Seth Pavlak and Jenae Smith brought down the house with their Mixed Pairs routine too. We were also able to support Childserve that year, a non-profit who helps children with special needs.
