“Have you ever lost motivation and felt excuses had prominence over growth? Motivation was nonexistent in regard to my body transformation until Bill Caputo showed me that there was a light at the end of the tunnel of obesity & depression. I only accomplished so much of my goal to be healthy until Bill passed unexpectedly on December 16th 2020. Prior to this tragedy, I was successful due to his accountability of my performance. Although there was no monetary gain or personal benefit, he always professed, “your success is my reward”. From day one, I knew 1 had to prove I didn’t waste his time and the goal I manifested would be real for both of us. I had to pay tribute to our friendship and the knowledge he passed along in a special way. I could have taken the easy route after his passing and gone back to my old habits of skipping the gym and munching on a burger, but I honor Bill’s memory by persisting with nutritious meals and a regimented gym schedule. It is imperative for me to continue this healthy lifestyle through moderation in diet and objectives in the weightroom.
The primary person I want to thank is Bill Caputo for assisting in my success. Additionally, not only has this been a difficult year with Bill Caputo’s passing but his son & my best friend Christopher Caputo was suppose to attend this show with me today however he was in a life altering car accident on April 20th 2021 & couldn’t attend the show today. My performance today is dedicated to Christopher & Bill Caputo. I would also like to thank the Caputo family, Nick page @ The Trainer Page, Rashad Stacks @ Stacked Athletics, my girlfriend Sydney, the Rauer family & my family. Being on this stage could not be possible if it wasn’t for all of you.”
