The feedback and comments others had about the first video of the Bodybuilding 101 series makes me extremely glad that I’m putting this series together! Based on the views, the information in these videos are things that people are looking for when it comes to competing in a physique competition or just looking to learn more about the sport.
This second video of the series dives into the topic of judging criteria and how it relates to what competitors should be working for. While each category is different, there are some similarities across the spectrum. The next video will be regarding what is involved with competition prep.
If you find this helpful, thank you for the support by subscribing, commenting and sharing this with others! More videos in the series are coming soon!
